The products and services made available to users through thefun&basics shopping center (hereinafter, the website) are offered byfun&basics. Users who wish to contact us can do so by sending an email to the address provided in the contact section of the website.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED

We sell our brand's products online. We are a company dedicated to the promotion and marketing of a wide range of fashion products in Europe. In order to offer its users the best possible information about the products and services being marketed, the owner of the website provides descriptive texts, photographs, and images of the products, which are provided directly by its suppliers.

PRICES OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED

The prices of the products and services published on the website are expressed in euros and include VAT, any applicable indirect taxes, and shipping costs for orders within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. These are duly detailed in the payment process and must be expressly accepted by the user without objection in order to complete the purchase process. The prices published are valid for as long as they are displayed on the website. The owner of the website reserves the right to modify the published prices at any time. The products and services sold through the website will be invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is processed.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

The purchase of products and services offered through the website requires prior registration by users. Registered user status is acquired by completing the registration form, accepting the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy of the website, and following the steps that the domain owner will subsequently communicate to you via email. Once registered, users can place their orders through the "shopping cart" section and complete the payment process by following the steps indicated. The formalization of orders is subject to payment. The minimum age for placing an order through the website is 18 years. Users must make payment by Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, and/or other similar credit or debit cards. The website owner informs its users that all transactions made through the website are carried out under a secure connection that guarantees the confidentiality of their data. Likewise, it informs that it does not have access to or store sensitive data relating to the means of payment used by its users. Purchases made by users of the website shall be deemed to have been completed at the time of actual payment for the order. Within twenty-four hours of order confirmation, the owner of the website shall send the User an email confirming the purchase. The owner of the website reserves the right to accept or cancel orders, and may refund the amount paid by the customer, thereby exempting itself from any obligation in this regard.

PLACE OF DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS

fun&basics undertakes to deliver the order to the location indicated by the User on the order form in perfect condition. The owner of the website accepts no responsibility for errors made by the user when entering the delivery address on the order form. If the user is not present at the address indicated at the time of delivery, the transport company will attempt to contact them via the telephone number indicated on the order form to arrange a new delivery. If they are unable to contact them on the date indicated, they will leave a note in the mailbox with instructions on how to arrange a new delivery. If, after 10 calendar days from the date of the notice, the user does not contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery, the order will be returned to the website owner's premises. In this case, the shipping and return costs of the order will be borne by the user.

DELIVERY TIME

Given that all our products are in stock, the maximum delivery time within Spain can be up to 10 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. However, the usual delivery time in mainland Spain is 24 to 72 hours.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The owner of the website informs users that they have a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order, in accordance with applicable legislation, to withdraw from the purchase without having to give any reason. The user will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Likewise, the User shall have the right toreturnany products that aredefective or do not conform to the order placed, provided that they have confirmation fromfun&basics. In both cases, the same legal period of 14 calendar days applies. Once this period has elapsed, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.

To process an exchange or return, it is essential that the producthas not been usedand is in the same condition as when it was delivered, with its original packaging and labeling intact.

The exchange or return must be reliably communicated to the owner of the website within the indicated legal period, counting from thedate of deliveryof the product to the date on which the decision to exchange or return is communicated by the following means:

By email, using the email address provided in the contact section. Once the return or exchange request has been communicated, the transport company will contact the user to specify the terms of the product collection and inform them of the associated costs.

In the event of a return due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, once the product has been collected from the address specified by the user, the refund for the returned products will be processed. Under no circumstances will the shipping costs for returning the order be refunded, which will be borne by the user. Refunds of the corresponding costs will be made within a maximum period of 7 working days, using the same payment method.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

The products marketed through the website are covered by the legal guarantee recognized by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. Users of the website may contact the owner of the page to receive information and assistance on the steps to follow to exercise this legal guarantee.

MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Sales of products marketed through the website shall be subject to the general terms and conditions of sale in force at any given time, and their unconditional acceptance without objection is a prerequisite for the successful completion of the sales process. Users must read them carefully and acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to read, print, and/or download them, and therefore are familiar with their content.
