Returns

In accordance with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to voluntarily withdraw from your purchase.

If the return is made within this period, the purchase must be returned with all its components, in its original packaging, with all its accessories and in perfect condition. Returns of products that do not come with all their components and in their original packaging will not be accepted. In the case of commercial returns, the customer must bear the shipping costs. To request this return, you must notify us by email at pedidos@funandbasics.com.

In the event that the product is defective at the time of delivery, Fun&Basicswill arrange for the repair or replace it with a new one at no extra cost to the customer, depending on the type of damage. If the defect is due to an incident during transport, you must report it within 24 hours of receipt by emailingpedidos@funandbasics.com.

WARRANTIES

All products are covered by a warranty in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
